Some repairs need to be undertaken in our workshop. We offer:

• Data recovery services*

• Data transfer

• New PC setup, with data transfer if requested

• Windows upgrades

• Apple Mac (MacBook’s, Mac Mini’s and iMac’s) servicing**

• The above is in addition to our callout services.

We can collect your device from your home or work, for no charge (within the postcodes listed here), resolve the issue, and aim to return it to you within two business days***.

Alternatively, you can drop your device off at our offices in Romiley. Please note that visits to our offices are by appointment only. You can book in online, or phone us to arrange a time to suit you.

*We only provide basic data recovery services. We are not a specialist data recovery firm.

**Newer iMac/MacBook/Mac Mini models (>2011/12) now require outsourced repair. Please contact us for a quote on 0161 408 3201.

***Turn-around times can vary based on the time of year and if any parts are required.
